Lebanese industrialists are the major contributor in terms of national exports. According to customs, the Lebanese industry accounted for 93% of total exports, generating in 2019, $3.71bn of finished good sales. On the other hand, the total imports reached $17.9bn, of which $1.2bn of raw materials and $2.3bn of intermediate goods in 2019.
